PLM Solutions, LLC (PLM Solutions) is a full-service, hands-on entity that has combined the experience and capabilities of two proven companies. Kelly, Anderson is the majority owner and The Landings Group the minority partner. Both partners offer specific operating expertise in the property and logistical management of client assets and the integration of prime and subcontracts with a broad range of scope and complexity.

Each partner has comparable, project management systems that enable PLM Solutions to deliver consistently high levels of quality, on time and within scope. For example, the partnership uses YARDI property management software to manage real property. YARDI is the leading software solution in the real estate industry and is being used by the US Army to track the management of Department of Defense installation real property.

The PLM Solutions' management approach is tailored to each engagement and is structured to proactively support the client in accomplishing its mission. Typically, the company is a self-performing sub-contractor employing the management team and all of the operational staff positions.
