SurveysIn today's Federal environment, it is critical to know customer perceptions of agency performance. Customers may be the general public, a specific industry, or select groups of organizations (e.g., other agencies, interest groups, etc.). It is equally important to have a profile of the workforce’s perceptions and expectations. Some surveys capture key information and are conducted periodically by agency-wide organizations.
