Since the Sarbanes-Oxley Act was enacted in 2002, the issue of compliance has become increasingly important to our clients. The need for full and accurate financial reporting has resulted in added fiduciary responsibilities for publicly traded companies and, to some extent, public entities.

Kelly, Anderson has supported our client's property asset management needs with strategic, program and project planning, on-site training support, continuing mentoring programs, organizational assessments, inventory validation; business practices surveys and vulnerability assessments. We have worked with our clients to redefine industry-leading practices that should be used to manage property assets.

The Principal of our PLM practice joined Kelly, Anderson after overseeing the management of $100 billion in real and $17 billion in personal property assets for the Department of Energy and personally delivers services to clients. This individual is experienced in senior consulting and Federal and corporate supply-management roles.
