Kelly, Anderson's proposal capabilities are geared to support our clients throughout the entire procurement process including: Pre Proposal Strategy and Solicitation Analysis: Understanding customer needs, objectives and procurement vehicles, assessment of procurement history, analysis of solicitations (RFPs, IFBs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.), preparation of opportunity profiles and formulating questions and comments Proposal Management: Planning and budgeting, resource assessment and allocation, evaluation point maximization and daily management and guidance for preparation of proposals and bids to the government Proposal Development and Writing: Strategy development, identification of "win" themes and discriminators, technical proposal writing (including technical, management, staffing, phase-in/phase out, quality control, contingency plans, etc.), independent reviews (e.g., Pink and Red Teams), proposal graphics and production Independent Reviews: Facilitation of Pink, Red and Gold Team independent reviews of proposals to determine (i) compliance with requirement, (ii) inclusion of strategy, themes and discriminators, and (iii) maximum evaluated point score Oral Presentation Development and Coaching: Orals preparation including development of storyline; storyboards and presentation graphics; coaching and rehearsals, including mock orals simulation using former agency officials who have been on Source Evaluation and Selection Boards for similar requirements. Post Proposal Support: Development of responses to customer questions, strategic planning for negotiation sessions, and preparation of Best and Final Offers (BAFOs).
