Senior Budget Analysts

Kelly, Anderson & Associates is seeking Senior Budget Analysts to join its team of consultants in support of its Government Division. We seek flexible and motivated individuals with demonstrated knowledge, skills, and approach to the requirements outlined in OMB Circular A-11 with at least 5 years of experience in working within the framework of the Federal Budget Process. Must have knowledge of all phases of the Federal budget process, Department of Justice, OMB, and other Congressional requirements. In addition, a high degree of analytical and writing skills to interpret complex legislative and regulatory policy guidance for determining impact budget has on missions and programs is required. Selected candidates will provide budget formulation functions and/or budget execution activities. Other financial analyst tasks such as analysis of open obligations, advanced payments, expenditures, and Congressional appropriations from various internal and external fiscal reports. Must have experience in writing guidelines to include fiscal policies, circulars, directives, or instructions on methods of budget management.

Applicants must have sound oral and written communications skills.

All contract work will be performed at the client's site within the continental United States; work locations will vary by project.
