Federal HR Policy and Strategy Specialists

Kelly, Anderson & Associates, Inc., a strategic consulting, business development, and business operational support services firm headquartered in Alexandria, VA, is seeking qualified Federal HR Policy and Strategy Specialists with at least 10 years of experience working directly with the Federal government – either as a Federal employee or a contractor. Candidates should have experience in writing policies for HR offices, managing HR programs, conducting Human Capital Strategic Planning, conducting workforce planning, implementing strategic recruitment programs, and working with agency leaders to prepare them for long-term human capital needs. College degree required (education can be replaced by five years at the GS-15 level).

Workforce/Succession Planning
Competency Assessments
Human Capital Accountability Programs
Talent Acquisition
Performance Management

All contract work will be performed at the client's site within the continental United States; work locations will vary by project.
