Federal Marketing, Broadband Services

Overview

This is an outstanding opportunity for Federal marketing specialist to join a dynamic organization and become a member of a growing team while working on high visibility broadband solution projects.
Successful candidates must demonstrate through a combination of education, training, and experience the ability to accomplish the following activities:

Assist in the launch of high-speed wireless internet/broadband products, services and application solutions through the development and implementation of Federal marketing and customer experience programs and initiatives;

Execute direct to Federal customers market development strategies and customer liaison and work closely with broadband and equipment partners to implement initiatives as part of a bundled services strategy; and,

In addition, collaborate among Kelly, Anderson & Associates, Inc. business units and support client requirements, to ensure a consistent and positive consumer experience throughout the entire sales, service and support process.

Requirements

Requires four to six years of large-scale direct to consumer products/services marketing of satellite broadband solutions, advertising and promotions experience that includes a strong background in both acquisition and current customer up-selling/cross-selling strategies. Must have experience with broadband, ISP, telecommunications or similar subscription-based consumer services and a thorough understanding of customer support such as, installation and billing/account management. Previous experience in the marketing of bundled services, the DBS/Cable industry and a degree in marketing, business or related field is preferred. Recent Federal marketing experience will be a significant evaluation factor.

Candidate must possess outstanding communication, analytical, project management and organizational skills, be detail oriented and have proven success working in fast-paced, complex, team-oriented environments. In addition, this position requires some overnight business travel.

Kelly, Anderson & Associates, Inc. is recruiting to fill this position with a mid to upper-level consultant The level of effort is estimated to be approximately 900 hours per year with the potential of becoming full time. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
